The Newspaper Employees Credit
Union was chartered by the State of Utah in
1931. We provide service to the employees of
the Newspaper Agency Company, the Salt Lake
Tribune and Hurley Trucking Co., their family
members, and associated groups. Each deposit
account is insured up to $100,000 by the NCUA.
The Credit Union office has two
office locations. The main office is in the
Newspaper Agency Company building at 4770
S. 5600 West, West Valley City. To visit from
the outside, members need to sign in at the
main window and be directed a few steps down
the hall to the Credit Union.
Our regular office
hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through
Friday. Phone the office at 237-2898. The Credit
Union also maintains an ATM machine on the premises.

The Credit Union maintains a second
office on the sixth floor of the Tribune's Gateway
Offices, 100 S. 400 West, Salt Lake City. Members
visiting from the outside should call the branch
to arrange for admittance. Office hours are
Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Phone the Salt
Lake Tribune branch at 257-8550. The Credit
Union also maintains an ATM machine on the premises.

In addition, we are associated
with the CU
Service Centers. This gives our members
access to their accounts at service centers
in Utah and across the country. Most of the
service centers are open until 7 p.m. weekdays
and on Saturdays.
We also have a "PD
Talk" service that offers information
to members on their accounts 24 hours a day
via the phone.
The Credit Union offers a variety

Low interest loans for worthwhile
purposes.
New and used vehicle loans,
signature and emergency loans.
Competitive rates on regular
savings and certificate accounts.
A variety of IRA account options.
Draft and debit/credit card
accounts.
Direct deposit from NAC payrolls
or withdrawals for bill payments.
Members can withdraw up to
$350 a day in cash from funds available in
their accounts.
Life Savings and Loan Protection
insurance at no additional cost.
"Gap" insurance
and disability insurance available at a nominal
fee.
No charge for credit counseling
and notary service
Joining the Credit Union is fast,
easy and practically painless. You will need
to bring your Salt Lake Tribune, NAC or Hurley
Trucking picture ID. The minimum deposit requirement
is $25.00, plus a one-time membership fee of
